The table is the yuan rate on Zhipu’s BigModel price card, per 1 million tokens. There is no official country-by-country chat-plan list to quote.
Checked 2026-11-01. The card says cache storage is free for a limited time and does not give an end date.

An FAQ on the same page also lists a limited-time half-price for GLM-5.3-Flash: input CNY 0.4, cache hit CNY 0.115, output CNY 1.4. The FAQ does not give an end date, so checkout decides whether it is still on. The main card shows the standard rates above.
